What is Puppy University?

Puppy University classes are for any dog aged least 6 months who has completed the Puppy School classes or has previously attended any other obedience classes.

The University course is fun, friendly and we use reward based training.

What will my puppy learn at university?

The University course is a more advanced course than the Puppy School classes. Your dog will learn:

• how to retrieve objects,
• loose-lead work past distractions,
• recall outside and past distractions,
• some tricks,
• how to follow commands at a distance,
• the 'running wait' command,
• an introduction to agility,
• ...and more!

More about the classes

The University course has a period of 'social-time' so any problems or questions that you need advice on can be discussed.

The course runs for 6 weeks and you will receive weekly handouts and on completion a certificate, rosette and prizes.
