The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme
The Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme is the largest dog training scheme in the UK. Its aim is to promote responsible dog ownership and in turn, enhance our relationship with our pets and to make the community aware of the benefits associated with dog ownership.
The table below shows the requirements for each award. In addition to these, to be a good citizen you should have a poo bag with you at all times and your dog must have an ID tag on with your name and full address as stated by the law (telephone numbers are optional but highly recommended).
To the sessions, you should also bring treats, your dog’s favourite toy and your dog's brush.
Prices and Times
Cost: £7 per session, pay-as-you-go.
See the Timetable page for times and venues.
